Today I went to Eazy Foot & Ankle for the first time. Because of an autoimmune skin condition, my feet are in pretty bad shape and I'm very self-conscious due to their unsightly appearance. It took a whole year for me to gather the courage to make an appointment but I'm so glad I did! Dr. Elhiani could not have been nicer. He examined the problem areas thoroughly and recommended a course of treatment. He clipped my toe nails and will examine them to figure out exactly what is going on. He prescribed a soothing, moisturizing cream and had some great advice on improving the health of my feet. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience and I'm looking forward to future appointments. Btw, Dr. Elhiani's nurse Maria, and Derek at the front desk, were very professional and helpful as well. ~ Leslie F

The service here at Ezee Foot was very quick, we called and had an appointment the same day! The reception staff were very warm and welcoming, and answered all our “New Patient” questions and queries without hesitation, and they were very informative. Derrick (one of the Dr’s assistants) was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He was constantly checking in on us (me and my partner) giving us lots of information while keeping us updated throughout the whole visit. Derrick certainly has a talent for adapting his personality to fit that of each individual, while maintaining a very professional demeanor. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in and scheduling a breeze. Then I called for Dr. Elhiani at Eazy Foot & Ankle. From the very first ring, it felt different. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the time I left the office, the entire staff was warm, courteous, and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person greeted me with genuine kindness and a smile. Ms. Maria was especially gentle and patient while taking my X-rays and collecting information about my visit. The doctor was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to my concerns. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain for over 20 years, and no other doctor was able to identify the source. But just by examining my feet, he was able to explain the root cause of my pain clearly. My foot and heel pain became extreme and so I called to get an appointment and was able to get in the very next morning. Once there, I was able to have x-rays in the office, told how to make things better and offered a tool For stretching, saving me An Amazon purchase. The staff is always very friendly. Derrick Came into the office, showing me how to use the tool, showing me some attractive shoes that might be a good alternative to my regular high heels in the interim, and recommended. I try QTOPIX to help with pain. I’ll have to get back to you about whether it’s helpful or not. The thing is you walk into the office and you’re treated like family. From the phone conversations to the actual appointment top notch service. Derrick was so helpful and professional. He explained the process to me asked questions was very helpful and calming. Dr. Elhiani was so caring and took the time to explain what needed to be to be done, his estimation of how long to get my foot healed. He was not rushed during the exam , did not go in and out of the room. He and Derrick came in performed the first procedure. Explaining what was being done, once complete the Doctor explained how to treat the area , what signs to look for if there was an issue. To be sure and contact the office if I had any questions. I recently visited this office to have an ingrown toenail removed and a thickened toenail shaved down due to fungus. Not exactly a fun experience to look forward to, but I couldn’t have asked for a better visit! Derrick was absolutely wonderful. He held my hand throughout the entire procedure, which made a world of difference. I was nervous going in, but his calm, reassuring presence put me completely at ease. Both procedures were quick and virtually painless. I was honestly amazed at how smoothly everything went. The staff as a whole were excellent; friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. If you’re putting off a foot issue because you’re dreading the procedure, don’t! I gave five stars because I got five star service . Starting with the very friendly staff , Derek, Jazmin and Misra and all the others. They are all well-trained to use the various devices as well. Dr Elhiani is caring, patient and very knowledgeable. He had several ideas for my problem and knew of an almost brand new painkiller that I had never heard of that is not a narcotic. Then he did Shockwave therapy with a new machine. It's too early to know if it helped but I have a lot of faith in him that he will help me. They go out of their way to accommodate your schedule . I may see him again next Monday. The office is very pretty and new . I i'm very glad that I chose him. Both Drs are excellent. I highly recommend them both. ~ Esther K

I had an excellent experience with Derrick and Dr. Elhiani. They both went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and at ease during my visit. I came in thinking I might have a broken or fractured ankle, and they took their time to thoroughly examine my foot, including taking X-rays. They explained everything clearly and provided valuable guidance on how to strengthen my ankle and ensure a smooth recovery. The office staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and I was seen immediately after I called—which was incredibly convenient. Derrick truly went the extra mile, and I can’t recommend them enough. Eazy Foot and Ankle deserves 10 Stars. I had seen three podiatrists hoping to find a solution to a problem with both feet. None of the above were able to help. Dr Elhiani had the perfect treatment plan! Problem solved. Dr Elhiani’s secret weapon is his medical assistant Derrick. Derrick is 1 in 1,000,000. The vast majority of medical staffers seem to have “zero” initiative. They do what they are told and nothing more. With Derrick you’ll feel you’re getting the very best care. Why? The absolute best! I’ve had custom orthotics my entire life, but this was my first time ever going here. Dr. Elhiani and his team were incredible. Extremely thorough and always willing to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need done. I had to have a rush put on my order, and they still were finished earlier than expected. The staff is super personable as well. I really enjoyed my conversations with Derrick while completing the process. I needed help with some foot pain due to an ankle sprain a few weeks ago and complications with my toes/foot pain occurred. I needed help right away and Derrick could not be more than accommodating, empathetic and got me in right away. I was so relieved and right away knew I was in great hands! From start to finish for my visit was Class A+. Also, Dr. Albert was personable, informative and gave me hope that all is well with my foot with some great solutions for long term foot health. I just spoke to Derek the Office Manager and he gave me great advice over the phone and I can’t wait to go in and get the great service that they offer. I’m a senior citizen and don’t won’t get my coverage until September 1st , so in the meantime I’m going to do the stretching and other things that was recommended to me. Very nice gentleman and mind you I emailed after hours and received a call before 9:00 am the next day. I’m very impressed how fast they were able to get back to me. Three weeks ago I first visited Eazy Foot & Ankle. I found them online as they stood out with lots of rave reviews. After my visit, I understand all the 5 star ratings. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic team. Derrick exudes joy as he explains the likely source of my foot pain. Dr. Elhiani took much time to address my issues and assure me my foot pain would resolve after following his simple regimen. It took some time, but my pain is finally easing. Dr E is a lifesaver, I have been a regular patient since thanksgiving day 2022 when I had the toes on my left foot amputated in Marina Del Rey. Since then I’ve had been going to this Pico office where everyone is friendly and nice and Derrick pretty runs the office and very knowledgeable. But I moved to the Torrance area which is much closer so that’s where I go once a week to be seen and the staff really takes care of me there especially Rosie, I feel like I’m family at both offices if it wasn’t for Dr. E I probably wouldn’t able to walk today. ~ chris b

Today I had the opportunity to be treated at Easy Foot & Ankle. From my perspective, one who has had 4 foot surgeries and over 10 years of foot care, this office couldn’t be more perfect. From the comforting and functional facility to the superb front desk and technicians, particularly Derek, I couldn’t feel more satisfied. The doctor was very professional and very honest with the process of my continued treatments. The office is all encompassing including in-house x-ray, foot whirlpool Treatment, vascular readings and supplies in helping to keep the foot comfortable. Excellent practice. ~ David W
